Because all notebook conversion happens locally in the user's browser, the Site itself does not store user-uploaded content. This policy therefore primarily concerns:

• Material that we publish on the Site (text, illustrations, code, documentation).
• Material that may be displayed via third-party advertising or embedded resources.
• Allegations that our conversion tools facilitate infringement of a specific work.

If you believe content available on the Site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list of works, if multiple).
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with a URL or other reasonably sufficient information to allow us to locate it on the Site.
4. Your contact information, including a postal address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Notices that do not substantially comply with the requirements above may not be processed.

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the Site may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

Counter-notifications should be sent to the designated agent above. We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant. If the complainant does not initiate court action within 10–14 business days, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the disputed material.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the access privileges of any user we determine to be a repeat infringer, even in the absence of a court ruling.

If you are submitting a notice under a non-US copyright regime, please clearly identify the applicable law and provide the local equivalent of the information listed above. We will give equivalent treatment to substantially compliant notices to the extent practical.
