Jupy Tools provides free, browser-based utilities for converting and viewing Jupyter Notebook (.ipynb) files. All conversion happens client-side in your browser; we do not receive, process, or store your notebook files on our servers.

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time without notice.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
• Process content you do not have the legal right to process.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related system, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Frame, mirror, scrape, or otherwise reproduce the Service in a way that materially harms its operation or competes with it.
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing pages, or content that infringes copyrights or other rights.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in any notebook or file you process with the Service. Because conversion happens entirely in your browser, we do not receive your content and we do not claim any license to it.

You are solely responsible for the legality of any file you process with the Service.

The Service, its UI design, branding, logos, name, text, graphics, and source code are owned by the operators of Jupy Tools or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use those marks or copyrighted materials except the limited right to access and use the Service.

The Service may display advertising provided by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Those networks operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on what data third-party advertisers may collect, and how to manage your preferences.

If you later operate this site or another property that participates in Google advertising programs, you must comply with Google’s Publisher Policies and the AdSense Program policies in effect at the time, including rules against invalid traffic: do not click your own ads, pay others to click ads, use automated means to inflate impressions or clicks, place ads where they can be confused with navigation or downloads, or mislabel ad units. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF CONVERSION OUTPUT.

Conversion is a best-effort transformation. You are responsible for verifying the output before using it in any production setting.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JUPY TOOLS, ITS OPERATORS, OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jupy Tools and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. The disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual-property sections survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that any dispute arising under these Terms or out of your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" shown above. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
